No Signboard SeafoodBeen a long time since I went back to this place and wow, they have improved their shop design and operations. Now customers are able to see clearly(if they're observant enough) how organized they are. I was impressed when it started drizzling and a team of 5 men ran out to unhook the plastic sheets so that customers sitting nearest the road do not get drenched.

How can we ever miss out the lobster salad? It has been my favourite dish there ever since I started eating seafood. Though it's a little pricey over the rest of the dishes, the lobster is fresh and mixes well with the fruits(green apple, lemon). For a mayo lover, this is 2 thumbs up!

The female staff allowed me to take a photo of her cooking Drunken Prawns.

Cooked in front of our eyes wor!!

Yummylicous. Simply full of herbal and wine. The alcohol isn't strong to me, but I heard this dish is All perfect for the heart. Whereas for the way its cooked, well, I do not want to go into details.
History:In the late 70s, it was a stall at the Matter Road Hawker Centre. Madam Ong Kim Hoi and her husband sold White Pepper Crab using Madam Choo's own recipe. As money was tight, they could not afford any signboards for their stall. Their regular customers started recommending friends by word of mouth and over time, the stall came to be known as the one with no signboard.
Very good. Save money on signboard, still can get famous.
